In 2016 Cox Communications expanded their offering of high quality audio and video accessories in their Solutions Stores. I created a campaign with two phases. The first phase introduced the product to store and regional managers through a "subscription style box" that was shipped monthly with a new tech accessory. The box included the featured accessory, product info and merchandising direction so the managers could become familiar with the selling points of each product and educate their employees on the features.
The second phase of the campaign introduced the new products to customers through email blasts and in store marketing materials which included posters, counter cards and graphics for in store fixtures. I then created planograms that gave merchandising instructions for the launch of each accessory.

For this campaign I was tasked with creating compelling direct mail pieces targeting non-subscribing, high-value customers that utilized the established Cox Homelife look and feel. Key insights and considerations in the look and feel of these pieces included trust, quality and family.

I was asked to develop an ad for Andersen Windows introducing the addition of two new finishes for their windows and doors. The concept brought to life the richness of these bold new contemporary colors and introduced them in an impactful way.

Concept and theme development for inspirational and feature pages for the Schwan's Home Service Shopping Guide. For each guide, I create feature pages that are seasonally relevant and that provide inspirational ways to use Schwan's frozen food products. Responsibilities include: initial concepting, design and theme implementation, recipe development, photo art direction, layout and final file handoff.

Cox Communications updated the campaign for their top tier cable TV experience, Contour. The campaign is based on the new user interface which consisted of rich blacks, sleek lines with pops of their blue brand color.
I interpreted the campaign design elements to update retail graphics, posters, window decals, marketing materials and in store fixtures. In addition to the design of the in store graphic materials, I created planograms that instructed stores and installers on the proper visual execution.

In 2016 Cox Communications asked us to reimagine the footprint of their retail store. Realizing some areas were outdated, not performing as well as planned or not engaging for the customer, we developed store enhancements that would revitalize the current store and address the problem areas.
Our goal was to create a store that is modular and flexible. One that places equal emphasis on experience and service, that has longevity and is always on-brand.
The new store design brought engagement to the customer, prioritized the product demo experience, included highly visual panoramic digital wall displays, POS stations that break the conventional "check out" counter mold and allow for side-by-side selling interactions all while keeping a clean and open floor plan for optimal flow and customer journey.
